Standard delivery

We can serve our customers with different completion levels according to specific requests. However the standard delivery from UAB “Domex House” factory includes the following:

Our produced external walls are delivered to the customer fully finished outside with façade panels. The façade is chosen by the customer’s needs: usually wooden panels of various profiles. Insulation of external walls is 250 mm. The façade is painted with one layer of desired RAL color in the factory. The inside walls are covered with gypsum boards. Internal walls have 90 mm or 145mm insulation.

PVC or wooden windows and external doors are mounted either in the building site or in the factory.

The roof is produced ready for tiles, bitumen cover or grass with minimum 300 mm of insulation.

Electric cables, ventilation and other housing technology related equipment may be mounted into our elements during the production process. That requires very accurate electrical drawings early in the process. Usually the customers choose to do that themselves after erection.
