Every production of a house starts with a project, which is designed by professional draughtsmen. Using special frame-houses design program and house load calculation program they choose construction solutions in the best interest of each customer.

The production of the house elements takes place inside our factory. In this manner we prevent our product from interaction with external weather conditions, which can be damaging while doing all assembly works of a house in the open air.

The construction wood for the houses is prepared by newly installed CNC-driven wood-milling equipment, which is cutting the wood in the accuracy of 0.5 mm. The CNC-millled construction-wood elements are assembled to wall, ceiling and roof frameworks, which are filled with thermal insulation and covered with different board and/or membrane materials.

We want to make sure that all of our customers get a product that is good visually and is made according to all building standards. Therefore, after products are assembled to elements they pass quality control in the factory. Also, we are in the process of acquiring SINTEF certification, which we are planning to obtain during the year 2010.
